This award recognizes and honors Bay County Democratic Party member who have contributed many years of extraordinary and exemplary volunteer service to the Bay county Democratic Party. Nominations must be submitted no later than Monday, February 4, 2009. The nomination must be submitted on the official nomination form. To get a form, call Ed Shimabukuro at 686-3485 or email him at baycodems@aol.com. The winner will be announced at the annual Membership Dinner on Sunday, March 1, 2009.
