Our annual Membership Chicken Dinner will be held on Sunday, March 7, 2010, at the Kawkawlin Township Hall, 1839 East Parish Road. We will have guest speakers along with the 2010 winner of the Tony Bielawski Award.

This Award recognizes and honors Bay County Democratic Party members who have contributed many years of extraordinary and exemplary volunteer service to the Bay County Democratic Party. Nominations must be submitted no later than Monday, February 1, 2010. The nomination must be submitted on the Official Nomination form. To receive a form, call Ed Shimabukuro at 686-3485 or email baycodems@aol.com. The winner will be announced at the Annual Membership Chicken Dinner on Sunday, March 7, 2010.

You will receive the Membership Dinner Reservation Form the first week of February. The social hour will begin at 4:30p.m. with dinner beginning at 5:00p.m. Tickets will be $10.00 per person in advance and receive no later than Friday, February 27, 2010. Otherwise tickets may be purchased at the door for $15.00 per person. Children under 5 are free.
